Effective Monday, November 7, 2022 we will be operating our Fall Subsidy program.  The program ends December 16, 2022 or when funds run out.   This is a Subsidy only program so you DO NOT need a disconnect to apply for benefits.   You may receive help with your electric, natural gas or propane bill.

All of our Family Service Centers (Bullitt, Shelby and Spencer) are now providing in person services, however it is required that you make an appointment.   We do not want to overcrowd our lobbies.  At the date and time of your appointment, please call the office number that will be posted on the door and the appropriate staff person will let you enter and complete the application process.    Masking is at the discretion of the client.
