Effective October 1st, 2020, Bullitt County MPCAA Office will be allowing in person appointments. All appointments will need to be made in advance using the Automated Appointment Scheduler. Clients can still request a virtual/phone appointment if preferred. If your appointment is in person, you will need to bring all appropriate documentation. If you do not have your documentation, no services can be provided. Also, our office doors will still be locked. You will need to call our office when you arrive at your appointment time. Please be prompt for your appointment, as we schedule appointments 30 minutes apart. Late appointments could result in the rescheduling of your appointment. A temperature check will be done as you enter and a mask will need to be worn during the entire appointment. If your appointment is virtual, all documentation will have to be uploaded via the scheduler, or dropped off in our locked box prior to your appointment time. If appropriate documentation is not received at the time of your appointment, the appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Both the Spencer County and Shelby County Family Service Centers are not conducting in-person appointments at this time.  You may schedule a phone appointment to receive services at these locations, and one of our staff members will give you a call at your scheduled appointment time.
