LIHEAP Fall Subsidy begins on November 5, 2024. You DO NOT NEED a disconnect notice for this program.   This is subsidy only which means a one time payment on your utility bill.    Benefit amounts are determined based on housing status, income and household size.

All appointments are in person and you will need to sign the application. If all documentation is not received at the time of the appointment, you may need to reschedule.
